My conservative alter-ego is still answering political questions

philosophy of politics
As a fair warning, I’ve learned that my conservative alter-ego may not be a very good conservative. Guys, he’s trying, okay. Even the conservatives are having trouble figuring out what it means to be conservative. Some think it means being selectively libertarian. Some things it means scoffing at liberals. Some thinks it means not liking taxes.
So ask away—and my conservative alter-ego will do his best to respond like a proper conservative.
Whatever happened to a person just being themselves and making the role fit the person instead of making the person fit the role. Why can’t being a good conservative/liberal be doing what you think is right rather than doing what you think other people think is right?

It got boring. Two voices mean you can argue with yourself. It means you’re never lonely.
