I wish I had a good picture of it…when I was 12 or so, I did a Calvin-esque ‘Frankenstein’s Monster sitting up’ snowman. It wasn’t nearly as good as this, though.

We have a local bar that boasts “no crap on tap,” but offer specials on things like Bud Light draughts. I guess it is all relative, because Bud Light = good beer to many here.

I want to do this so bad, but space, time, money…they are all nonexistent. Someday!

So, it is time to complete my annual self evaluation, and our new form requires I set some objectives for myself and outline the measurable outcomes that will demonstrate I have achieved those objectives. I am having trouble because I feel like everything is abstract and immeasurable. I mean, how do you measure being more organized? Am I supposed to track the number of to-do lists I make during the year? Does it count if I make a list of lists? I mean, if I am going to increase my list quota, I will need to have more lists to track the increase in original lists.

Perhaps I should just give up figuring out the “measurable” thing and make my objective “continue being the most awesome auditor ever,” and my measurable outcome can simply be, “you cannot measure awesome.” 8P
